When I decided to sell my home, I contacted Doug to see what he thought of this NOV/22 market and whether it was a good idea to list at this time or wait until Jan. /23. I could not have been happier with our decision to sell now. With Doug's experience negotiating offers, Doug sold my home on the first packed open house. Seven days after listing my home, which time frame included the inspection, and financing subjects being removed, my house was sold. Doug established the dates I wanted for closing and a moving out day. The house had been priced properly. I had two great offers, with numerous back up showings lined up for the following weekend.
